Director of Major Gifts & Campaign Impact

Babson College is seeking a Director of Development to manage a portfolio of approximately 350 major gift prospects. This role entails developing strategies to cultivate relationships and solicit gifts of $100,000 and above. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and 10-15 years of major gifts fundraising experience. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential. The position requires flexibility to travel and a commitment to Babson's mission and values, as well as a valid U.S. Driver’s License.
