Primary Responsibilities
Troubleshoot customer vehicle concerns using the latest diagnostic and administrative tools
Provide courteous and professional service to all customers
Ensure safe and reliable vehicle service is delivered correctly the first time
Address all original customer concerns thoroughly
Participate in factory and in-house sponsored training programs
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Service Manager
Qualifications
Experience with warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repair on various vehicle makes and models
Good communication skills
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Valid state driver's license with a good driving record
NYS Inspector's license is recommended
High school diploma or equivalent required
Technical or trade school degree preferred but not required
