What's the Job?
Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across assigned facilities
Perform preventive maintenance and respond to repair work orders to ensure optimal equipment performance
Conduct inspections of property interior and exterior areas, including structural components and lighting systems
Respond effectively to emergencies and support after-hours building activities as needed
Prepare detailed reports on work conditions and recommend corrective actions to management
What's Needed?
Universal EPA Certification
Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering, with a focus on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
Valid state driver's license and ability to maintain it
Physical ability to lift up to 80 lbs. and climb ladders up to 30 ft.
Availability to perform on-call duties and overtime as required
