Job Purpose
The Corporate Operations Senior Manager plays a central role at the intersection of strategy and execution, overseeing and optimizing core operational functions to drive efficiency, scalability, and alignment with organizational objectives. This position owns and leads high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that improve how the business operates across supply chain, eCommerce, retail, customer experience, and internal operations. The role partners closely with leadership to enhance performance, implement scalable processes, and ensure that day-to-day execution supports long-term growth and profitability.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Lead and manage corporate operations functions, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy, objectives, and priorities.

Identify inefficiencies across business functions and design scalable, sustainable solutions.

Develop, implement, standardize, and continuously improve operational processes, policies, and systems, including SOPs across teams.

Lead cross-functional and end-to-end projects (e.g., system implementations, expansion initiatives, process redesigns) to drive efficiency, cost savings, and scalability.

Act as a central operator to drive execution and accountability on high-impact company initiatives.

Build project plans, timelines, and success metrics; track and report progress and outcomes to leadership.

Analyze operational performance metrics, define KPIs, and build dashboards to monitor effectiveness and inform decision-making.

Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues and implement actionable improvements.

Implement tools, automation, and workflows (ERP, WMS, CRM, etc.) to increase productivity and support scaling operations.

Ensure systems, processes, and workflows are integrated and optimized across departments.

Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

Identify operational risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Support executive leadership with reporting, insights, and strategic operational recommendations.

Establish and maintain an corporate calendar.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree

7+ years of corporate operations experience.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong communication, leadership and team management skills.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Exceptional interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.

Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Full-Time, exempt.

Normal working hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday; must be flexible to work evenings and occasional weekends.

Location: Plainview, NY.

Salary Range
The salary for this role is $120,000 annually. The salary offered will take into account a number of factors, including the applicant job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors. A bonus may be included as part of the compensation package offer.
