Responsibilities
Guide customers through a seamless buying experience—in person, online, and over the phone
Build lasting relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals
Present and demonstrate vehicles (in-person and via video)
Walk customers through financing, lease options, and vehicle features
Use CRM tools to manage leads and follow-ups effectively
Stay up to date on product knowledge, certifications, and market trends
Qualifications
Motivated, goal-oriented, and people-focused individuals
Strong communication and customer service skills
Sales experience is a plus—but not required (we train the right people)
A team player with a drive to succeed
Valid driver’s license
