Part‑Time Maintenance Associate
Location: Winston Salem, NC – On‑site
Schedule: Part‑Time, 20‑25 Hours/Week

What You’ll Be Doing
Walk the property every day to look for trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or any problems.
Fix small things such as locks, lights, doors, toilets, and perform simple paint or patch repairs.
Keep the place clean – hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs.
Turn over units after move‑outs by sweeping, cleaning, and preparing them for the next renter.
Check gates, lights, and alarms to ensure they’re working.
Assist customers on site when they need help.
Maintain the facility so it looks good and runs smoothly, taking pride in your work.
