and .The Industrial Engineer will partner with Operations and cross-functional engineering teams to design, improve, and optimize manufacturing processes and factory layouts. This role is highly collaborative and hands-on, requiring regular presence on the manufacturing floor to observe work, engage the employees performing the work, and translate insights into practical improvements. The ideal candidate is energized by solving complex problems, applying Lean / Six Sigma tools, and delivering measurable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.**Key Responsibilities*** Support factory layout design/improvement, new cell design, and equipment placement planning.* Perform time observations, takt/cycle time analysis, and capacity (labor/equipment) assessments.* Develop and improve Standard Work, process maps, and product flow optimization.* Identify and eliminate waste and bottlenecks using Lean / Six Sigma tools; support 5S implementation and sustainment.* Define requirements for cell builds and equipment installs; communicate clearly through strong documentation.* Collaborate across Operations, Process Eng, Equipment Eng, Quality, Facilities, EHS, and Supply Chain.**Required Qualifications*** US CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED* B.S. in Industrial Engineering.* Experience with Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma* Experience with: AutoCAD, Standard Work, cell design, time studies, takt/cycle time, capacity, process mapping, flow optimization, 5S.* Strong communication, documentation, and Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint) skills.* Eager to solve complex problems by engaging operators/technicians first and being present on the floor.*For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export
licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
