Overview
The

Invoicing Analyst

supports invoicing teams by analyzing operational metrics, identifying process improvement opportunities, and driving efficiency and accuracy across invoicing operations. This role will focus on data‑driven insights, cross‑department collaboration, and the continuous enhancement of systems and workflows that impact billing performance. The Invoicing Analyst partners closely with client services, pricing, and finance teams to ensure consistent, high‑quality billing outcomes across business lines. This position reports to the Sr. Manager of Invoicing.

Responsibilities

Analyze invoicing metrics and trends to identify performance gaps, process bottlenecks, and opportunities for efficiency and accuracy improvements

Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and analytical tools to monitor key invoicing KPI

Support continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating current processes and recommending enhancements to tools, templates, and workflows

Collaborate with invoicing specialists and cross‑functional teams to ensure process consistency and adoption of best practices across business lines

Partner with IT, system support teams, and third parties to identify, test, and implement system enhancements or automation opportunities

Conduct root cause analysis on recurring billing issues or process failures and present findings and recommendations to management

Track and catalog system issues, change requests, and enhancement needs to support long‑term data integrity and process optimization

Assist management in preparing presentations, reports, and documentation related to invoicing performance and improvement initiatives

Participate in or lead special projects and new initiatives as assigned by management

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required; Bachelor’s degree in Finance or General business is required.

One to three years of experience in billing, invoicing, or operations support preferred.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficiency in Excel and data visualization or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across departments.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment and drive initiatives to completion.

Exhibit the ability to work in a team and also to show initiative and self‑direction.

Excellent research abilities with solid written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits
We are excited to share that the base salary range for this position is $59,776.08 – $79,701.44 USD annually. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, targeted at 3%. Salary is based on qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location.
