Pre-Weigh Associate - NOW HIRING!
We’re looking for people who enjoy preparing ingredients (“batches”) for production—similar to following a recipe.
At kdc/one, we help create the beauty and personal care products people use every day—and it all starts with the right ingredients, measured the right way. If you enjoy following recipes, staying organized, and working in a clean, team-focused environment, this could be a great fit for you.
Pay:
Starting at $18.50/hour 3rd Shift: $20.00/hour (includes shift differential)
What You’ll Do:
Accurately weigh raw materials using pick lists
Pull, return, and track materials in their proper locations
Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas to maintain a safe, compliant space
Perform visual checks and report any issues quickly
Support compounders and help keep production running smoothly
Complete basic records to keep everything organized and up to date
What You Need:
High school diploma or GED
Experience using a computer for simple tasks and recordkeeping
Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
Ability to stay on your feet and work in a clean, active environment
Be able to lift up to 50lbs. periodically
Comfortable working around powered equipment and sanitation chemicals
Experience in manufacturing, food service, or similar hands-on work is helpful—but not required. If you’ve followed recipes, worked on your feet, and take pride in doing things right, you’ll fit in well here.
