We are currently seeking a Program/Project/Management Analyst, Junior to support PMA-231 at the Patuxent River, MD Program Office. This position provides daily support to the Class Desk/APMSE.
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide timely, technically sound engineering support to the Class Desk and APMSE.
Assist Class Desk in development and management of technical requirements for various systems.
Assist Class Desk in ensuring appropriate technical area representation is in place to support various E‑2 related projects.
Assist Class Desk in management of assigned tasks in the program master schedule.
Assist the Class Desk in coordinating engineering development, requirement adherence, and issue resolution within the Engineering team.
Assist Class Desk with development of program acquisition and technical documents and briefing material.
Participate in Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs) and design reviews.
Assist Class Desk in the preparation of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and other acquisition documents such as Statements of Work (SOW), Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL), etc.
Support the Class Desk with identification, analysis, and mitigation of program and systems safety risks in alignment with PMA‑231 program risk management and NAVAIR system safety processes.
Support Class Desk in development and coordination of airworthiness requirements, documentation, as well as the identification of necessary data products for interim flight clearances.
Required Education
Engineering Degree from a Four (4) year college or university.
Allowable Substitution
Associate’s Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree. OR Four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree.
Required Experience
Junior – less than Three (3) years’ experience performing duties described in the functional description.
Desired Experience
Prior experience supporting NAVAIR Programs.
Familiarity with Systems Engineering processes and concepts.
Ability to effectively communicate across a team of diverse technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Compensation at Precise Systems
The salary range for this position is NTE of $75,000.00 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems’ total compensation package.
