As our Growth Marketing Manager, you'll audit every channel, build a content and campaign strategy grounded in ROI, and own the metrics that prove marketing is a revenue driver, not a cost center. From SEO and SEM to lead nurturing and conversion optimization, you'll be the person who turns marketing spend into measurable business results.
What You''ll Do
Audit and Optimize Every Channel: Conduct a comprehensive audit of all marketing channels within your first 7 days. Identify what’s working, what’s wasting budget, and where the biggest growth opportunities live.
Generate Qualified Leads at Scale: Build and execute strategies that generate 30+ qualified Marketing Leads (MQLs) per month through targeted campaigns, content, and demand generation.
Build a Content Engine: Create a 90-day content calendar within your first 2 weeks, paired with a clear ROI report tracking CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) and CLV (Customer Lifetime Value).
Convert Every Lead: Ensure 100% of inbound leads are converted into booked appointments through effective email sequences, follow-ups, and nurturing workflows.
Drive Traffic Growth: Execute SEO and SEM strategies that drive measurable increases in site traffic, expanding Filtrous’s digital footprint and brand visibility.
Optimize for Revenue: Increase Median Order Value (AOV) by 10% within the first 30 days through conversion rate optimization at checkout and across the customer journey.

Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field
3+ years of experience in growth marketing with a focus on digital channels and AI integration
Proven track record of driving customer acquisition and revenue growth
Proficiency with AI-driven marketing tools and platforms (e.g., chatbots, recommendation engines, predictive analytics)
Expertise in social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite)
Strong knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly in storytelling and engagement
Bonus points if you have:
Master’s degree or MBA
Experience in the life sciences, biotechnology, or laboratory supplies industry
Strong leadership and team collaboration capabilities
