
Project Architect

What You’ll Do:
Lead architectural design and documentation across a wide range of project types
Serve as a primary technical resource for project teams
Coordinate with internal disciplines (structural, civil, MEP, etc) and external consultants
Oversee production of construction documents and ensure quality/control standards
Support project managers in scheduling, budgeting, and client communication
Participate in client meetings and help maintain strong relationships
Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
Typically, at least 5–10+ years of professional experience in architecture
Licensed Architect (or actively pursuing licensure) preferred, but not required
Strong experience with construction documents and technical detailing
Proficiency in Revit is required
Experience across multiple project types (public and private) strongly preferred
Solid understanding of building codes and permitting processes
What We Offer:
We are targeting a base salary of $80,000 to $105,000, but is determined by several factors including education, experience, and a history of working in the Denver metro area.
Medical insurance, including an HSA option

STD & LTD
A minimum of 15 days PTO, and higher for more experienced employees
401k match of 4%
One full day of paid VTO (Volunteer Time Off) annually
Roth 401K option
