What You’ll Do
Build relationships with customers and guide them through the vehicle buying process
Identify customer needs and match them with the right vehicle and solutions
Present product features, pricing, and financing options
Follow up with leads, appointments, and referrals to drive sales performance
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
Collaborate with team members to meet individual and dealership goals
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Sales or customer service experience preferred but not required
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
