Overview
This is a hybrid role with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of a company office.
The Global Treasury & Payments Advisor is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of Corporate Banking Tech clients. This role serves as a strategic advisor to clients, delivering treasury and liquidity solutions that drive revenue growth, deepen relationships, and enhance client satisfaction. The Advisor partners closely with banking, product, and implementation teams to deliver an integrated treasury experience.

Responsibilities
Client Advisory & Relationship Management
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their business models, cash flow cycles, and treasury needs.
Lead strategic client conversations focused on optimizing working capital, liquidity, and payment processes.
Build and deepen relationships with key decision‑makers across client organizations.
Revenue Growth & Portfolio Management
Own portfolio performance, including revenue growth, profitability, and client retention.
Identify and execute cross‑sell opportunities across treasury products (payments, receivables, liquidity, FX, and card solutions).
Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned to client and bank objectives.
Solutioning & Thought Leadership
Deliver tailored treasury solutions leveraging data insights, benchmarking, and industry trends.
Position the full treasury platform by aligning solutions to client pain points and strategic goals.
Stay current on market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies (including digital and AI‑driven capabilities).
Internal Partnership & Execution
Collaborate with Relationship Managers, Product Specialists, and Implementation teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
Lead pricing and negotiation discussions to optimize relationship profitability.
Partner on RFP/RFI responses and client presentations.
Leadership & Team Development
Mentor and coach junior treasury staff and analysts.
Contribute to team best practices, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Treasury Management, Liquidity, or Corporate Banking OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Treasury Management, Liquidity, or Corporate Banking
Strong knowledge of treasury products including payments, receivables, liquidity, FX, and commercial card
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with pre or post IPO Tech clients, specifically in SAAS and Life Sciences
Proven ability to drive revenue growth and manage client portfolios
Strong consultative selling and client engagement skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
Ability to analyze client needs and translate into actionable solutions
Familiarity with treasury management systems and digital banking platforms
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, or related field (MBA a plus)
The base pay for this position is generally between: $145,800 - $194,400. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non‑discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
