CTG’s long‑standing Fortune 500 client is seeking an experienced Equipment Integration Lead to drive the successful deployment of manufacturing equipment in a high‑tech production environment.

Pay Rate:
$45.35/hr
Work Hours:
M‑F 8am‑5pm
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Materials, Industrial Technology, or a related field (advanced degree a plus)
Top Responsibilities
Lead full lifecycle equipment integration (design → install → commissioning → handoff)
Coordinate cross‑functional teams (engineering, operations, facilities, automation, quality)
Manage equipment vendors, including FAT/SAT, installation, and acceptance
Oversee startup, debugging, and performance optimization of manufacturing equipment
Ensure alignment with facility systems, utilities, and production processes
Drive root cause analysis and resolve technical issues during deployment
Track project timelines, budgets, and risks; communicate status to stakeholders
Support training and continuous improvement initiatives
Required Experience & Skills
Experience in equipment integration, manufacturing engineering, or capital projects
Proven success leading installation, startup, and commissioning efforts
Strong knowledge of manufacturing systems and facility integration
Project management and cross‑functional leadership experience
Hands‑on troubleshooting and root cause analysis expertise
Familiarity with CAD and engineering documentation
Data analysis experience (SPC, Minitab, JMP, or similar)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in optical fiber, cable manufacturing, or advanced manufacturing
Knowledge of FAT/SAT, IQ/OQ/PQ validation processes
Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma certification
PMP or project management certification
Experience with CMMS or ERP systems
