We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Administrator specializing in Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) and CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) to join our growing technical team in India. You will own the architecture, configuration, and maintenance of our Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) lifecycle, serving as the primary bridge between our US-based Sales Operations, Finance, and IT teams. You will be responsible for leading the strategic migration and adoption of Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA). The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses deep technical expertise in complex pricing logic and product bundling, and is collaborative with strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities

Design, configure, and maintain complex product bundles, price rules, discount schedules, and approval workflows within Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud Advanced.
Manage the transition to RCA-native capabilities, including the implementation of Pricing Procedures and dynamic product catalogs.
Build and optimize "guided selling" logic to help US sales representatives quickly select the right product configurations.
Ensure accurate generation of quote documents and contracts by maintaining templates and dynamic terms.
System Architecture & Strategy

Lead the technical strategy for to a core-native Revenue Lifecycle Management (RLM) architecture.
Collaborate with US-based stakeholders to translate complex business pricing models into scalable technical solutions that minimize technical debt.
Conduct regular system health checks and performance tuning to ensure the quoting engine remains fast and responsive for global users.
Design scalable solutions that support multi-currency and multi-geography sales motions.
Data Integrity & Integration Management

Oversee data flows between Salesforce CPQ/RCA and downstream ERP/Billing systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, etc.).
Perform regular audits of product data, pricing entries, and subscription records to ensure 100% accuracy in financial reporting.
Troubleshoot and resolve synchronization errors between the quoting engine and the order management system.
User Support & Process Optimization

Serve as the Tier 3 escalation point for complex quoting issues reported by the US Sales team, ensuring rapid resolution during critical end-of-quarter periods.
Create detailed technical documentation, process maps, and user guides for new features and system updates.
Identify bottlenecks in the deal desk and approval process, proposing automation (via Salesforce Flows or RCA standard features) to reduce cycle times.
Qualifications

Required

Experience: 5+ years of total Salesforce Administration experience, with at least 3+ years dedicated specifically to Salesforce CPQ or Revenue Cloud.
Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist are mandatory.
Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Salesforce Flows, Advanced Approvals, Object Modeling, and Price Rules. Ability to read/debug basic Apex triggers and logs.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills are non-negotiable, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical US stakeholders.
Preferred

RCA Knowledge: Hands-on experience or training in Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) or Revenue Lifecycle Management (RLM) concepts (e.g., Product Catalog Management, Pricing Procedures).
Development: Ability to write Apex or maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) for highly custom CPQ requirements.
Integrations: Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP)
Additional Certifications: Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Billing Specialist, or Revenue Cloud Consultant
