We’re searching for a talented and driven
Project Engineer
to join our team!
Your Day-to-Day:
Collaborate with Project Manager to keep projects on schedule and within budget
Manage submittals, RFIs, and buyout process alongside Project Manager
Submit PCOs for review and approval
Download updated drawings from GC programs
Provide FBO inventory for projects, including site visits
Prepare special reports as requested by PM
Respond promptly to daily emails
Use construction software as needed
Perform other duties as assigned
What You’ll Bring to the Table:
Associate’s degree or 2+ years administrative experience
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Strong task prioritization and timely completion skills
Maintains confidentiality, open to new ideas, and adaptable
Clear and persuasive oral communication; skilled in presentations and meetings
Accurate written communication with good editing and data interpretation
Detail-oriented with strong quality control
Adaptable to changing environments and competing demands
Reliable, punctual, follows instructions, and seeks feedback
