Workstream is seeking a Team Lead in Town of Islip, NY, responsible for supervising and coordinating restaurant staff activities during assigned shifts. The ideal candidate must possess leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to ensure exceptional customer service and restaurant operations. Responsibilities include overseeing staff performance, managing inventory, and training new recruits. Previous experience as a Senior Associate is preferred but not required.
