Position Summary
This position is for a Staff Software Engineer supporting the RAPT‑2 Team. Responsibilities include working in a collaborative environment with peers, occasionally interacting with customers, supporting the development of specifications and Interface Control Documents (ICDs), creating test scenarios to test new capabilities or verify defect fixes, translating mission problems or queries into computer‑language solutions using data‑processing equipment, supporting informal and formal test events, ensuring compliance with customer standards and quality, and working in a lab environment.

This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a U.S. citizen for consideration. Clearance Level: Top Secret.
Compensation
The annual base salary range varies by location. For California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington, or Washington DC the range is $113,900 – $200,905. For most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York, the range is $131,000 – $227,125. The salary will reflect the candidate’s final work location and other factors such as scope of responsibilities, experience, education, and market considerations.
