Who You Are
We are looking for individuals passionate about cybersecurity who can contribute their skills and expertise to our mission.

Demonstrable knowledge in cybersecurity administration or systems administration through practical, hands‑on work experience.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, critical thinking abilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with a team.

Solid working knowledge of Linux (mostly Red Hat) or Windows based systems.

Active CompTIA Security+ certification or higher (IAT Certification).

Experience with ESS, ACAS, or Splunk security tools is a plus; experience with Windows Active Directory and familiarity with DISA STIGs is desirable.

The Work

Hardening operating systems, applications, and network devices.

Conducting vulnerability scans.

Continuous monitoring of the security posture of the system.

Assisting with Government Certification Test and Evaluation (CT&E) and Vulnerability Testing.

Implementing security updates and patches.

Applying configuration changes to ESS, ACAS, and Splunk security tools.

Providing support to maintain the Certification and Accreditation (C&A) of the system, including support of the RMF package.

Supporting system administrators, engineers, and operators when troubleshooting events.

Collaborating with system stakeholders to ensure the cybersecurity posture of the system is maintained.

Interfacing with and supporting the ISSO and other government security stakeholders.

Supporting the Security Impact Analysis (SIA) process through the generation of Contract Deliverables (CDRL) and RMF supporting artifacts on both unclassified and classified networks.

Travel: Approximately 15% travel to CONUS and OCONUS customer sites.

Security Clearance: Requires a U.S. government Secret clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Basic Qualifications

Demonstrable and relevant cybersecurity engineering or systems administration experience.

Good working knowledge of Linux or Windows based systems.

Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level II Certification or higher (e.g., CompTIA Security+ or CISSP).

Ability to obtain a Secret DoD Secret security clearance prior to starting the position.

Ability to travel up to 15% to customer sites throughout the U.S.

Valid U.S. passport.

Desired Skills

Tenable Security Center, Tenable Nessus, ACAS administration experience.

Cloud and container orchestration environments such as Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes.

ACAS scanning.

Trellix and ESS administration and monitoring.

Splunk or other SIEM tools experience.

Endpoint Detection Response (EDR) capabilities.

Linux/Red Hat or Windows OS certifications.

Experience with Windows Active Directory and Group Policy maintenance.

Familiarity with DISA STIGs.

Troubleshooting as a systems administrator.

Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team.

Critical thinking skills to solve moderate‑scope technical problems.

Familiarity with eMASS and experience executing a POA&M.
