Overview
You’ll run the field and make the calls. As a Project Superintendent, you’ll be the trusted leader ensuring Massachusetts infrastructure projects are built safely, on time, and with quality.
Responsibilities
Oversee heavy civil/bridge construction.
Plan manpower, equipment, and daily operations.
Enforce safety and maintain productivity.
Direct crews and subcontractors.
Conduct safety meetings, inspections, and daily reports.
Keep schedules on track and budgets aligned.
Coordinate with PMs and clients on project progress.

What you bring
8+ years of construction supervision (bridge/civil preferred).
OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred.
