Job Title: Lead Press Operator – 8-Unit Web Press (Night Shift)
We are seeking an experienced
Lead Press Operator
to oversee production on an
8-unit web press
in a high-speed printing environment. This role is responsible for
product quality, press performance, and crew leadership , ensuring efficient and consistent production.
This is a great opportunity for a skilled web press operator looking to step into a

Schedule & Pay Highlights
Shift:
Wednesday – Saturday, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (36 hours/week)
Overtime:
Paid
time and a half after 36 hours
Shift Differential:
Additional pay for all night shift hours
Sign-On Bonus:
$1,000 after 12 weeks
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee operations on an
8-unit web press
Ensure
product quality, productivity, and press performance
Supervise and support press crew members
Monitor press output and make adjustments as needed
Troubleshoot mechanical and production issues
Maintain safety, quality, and efficiency standards
Communicate effectively with production and leadership teams
Maintain accurate production records and documentation
Basic Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required
4+ years of printing experience , including:
3+ years on web press or similar equipment
Proven
mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
Strong
leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a
fast-paced, high-output environment
Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime
Ability to stand for full shifts and maintain high productivity
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to
50 lbs frequently
Frequent standing, walking, handling, and reaching
Occasional climbing, kneeling, crouching, and bending
Good visual acuity and manual dexterity required
Must wear required PPE (hearing protection, eye protection, safety shoes)
