
Sr. Construction Inspector/Supervisor

Construction Supervisor SR.
Position Overview and Responsibilities:
Responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing all civil works projects within the Business Unit.
Responsible to ensure regulatory compliance is maintained with the applicable local, state, and federal agencies until the project is completed and turned over to the operations team.
Work collaboratively with an integrated project team.
Complete purchase requisitions and service entry sheets for contracted work.
Conduct field reviews to determine upgrades and repairs for public roads.
Determine and maintain roadway bonds including roadway management plans for state and local road use.
Oversee and maintain contracts.
Participate and collaborate with other groups during civil site designs including facility location.
Develop scope of works, budgets, schedules, specifications, bid documents and oversee all phases of civil site/roadway work.
Keeps abreast on upcoming changes to regulations, codes, and standards.
Provides technical guidance to production services, operations, and maintenance groups to ensure ESCGP regulatory compliance.
Actively participates in Company S&E observation and reporting program.
Creates and reviews MOC (Management of Change) initiatives as required and provides guidance for potential compliance and execution issues.
Regularly travels to the field to participate in inspections, audits, and regulatory meetings as required.
Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of experience in all aspects of civil works (planning, budgeting, execution).
Working knowledge of applicable jurisdictional regulations and standards (PennDOT Pub 408, ESCGP, USACOE permitting, DEP regulations, SRBC regulations).
Strong business acumen and leadership skills.
Associates Degree in construction management or equivalent with applicable experience.
Proficient in Primavera (preferred).
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred).
