is looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented local to join our team in
Port St. Joe!
This isn't your typical desk job. You’ll spend part of your week providing top-tier service at our vintage gem,
The Pink Flamingo , and the rest of your week cruising the beautiful
Forgotten Coast
to ensure our vacation homes are in pristine condition.

The Role: A Dynamic 5-Day Week
Front Desk (2 Days/Week):
Based at
The Pink Flamingo . You’ll be the face of this cute, vintage motel—handling check-ins, guest requests, and spreading that local Port St. Joe charm.
Field Inspections (3 Days/Week):
You’ll hit the road! You will be responsible for inspecting our portfolio of homes up and down the
Forgotten Coast . You’ll ensure every property meets our elite standards before guests arrive.
Shift Details & Requirements
Schedule:
9a-6p.
Immediate Start:
We are looking to fill this position right away.
Local Only:
Applicants must reside in the local area.
Experience:
Knowledge of the
short-term vacation rental (STR)
industry is required.
Personality:
Must be outgoing, professional, and obsessed with excellent customer service.
Attention to Detail:
You must have a "sharp eye" to ensure our homes and motel are perfect for every arrival.
