Job Summary & Purpose
Under general supervision, the Registered Nurse II provides individualized, goal-directed patient care to families and patients at the competent level utilizing the principles and practices of the nursing process; delivers safe and effective care and interacts with other members of the health care team to achieve desired results.

Physical and Mental Requirements
Ability to perform job functions while standing, sitting, walking, climbing stairs, working indoors and outside in temperature extremes, from elevated areas, in confined/cramped spaces, from kneeling positions, bending and twisting at the waist, squatting, performing pinching operations, gross motor activities with fingers and hands, firm grasping, fine manipulation, reaching overhead, repetitive motions with hands/wrists/elbows and shoulders, using both legs, balancing, reaching in all directions, lifting and carrying 50 lbs. unassisted, lifting/lowering 50 lbs. objects from floor to 36 inches, lifting 36" to overhead 25 lbs., exerting up to 50 lbs. of force, maintaining 20/40 vision, peripheral vision, hearing acuity, handling stressful situations, rotating shifts, overtime, latex safe environment, tactile, olfactory, respirator use where applicable.

Qualifications
Minimum Training and Education: Bachelor of Nursing or Associate of Nursing Degree preferred.

Licensure: Registered nurse by the South Carolina Board of Nursing or a compact state.

Certifications: Current Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required. Valid BLS certification from an American Heart Association (AHA) or an American Red Cross CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer and Healthcare Provider.

Procedural Areas: Cath Lab, O.R./Surgical Services, Post‑Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), Interventional Radiology, Special Procedures, Nuclear Medicine, and CT Scan.

Full‑Time, Part‑Time, and PRN opportunities available.

$18,000 Sign‑On Bonus Available.
