Why This Role Stands Out
This is not your typical travel contract. The 6-on / 8-off schedule gives you extended time off every cycle. That means real recovery time, not just a couple days between stretches.

If you want a contract that lets you work hard, then actually step away and recharge, this is worth a serious look.

You’ll be joining a collaborative clinical team in a setting where respiratory therapists are trusted, respected and relied on.

What You’ll Be Doing
Deliver respiratory care for patients with COPD, asthma and other cardiopulmonary conditions

Manage and monitor ventilated patients

Perform detailed respiratory assessments and respond to changes in condition

Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses and care teams

Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery

Support both acute care needs and ongoing respiratory management

What Makes You a Fit
You are comfortable working nights and can handle a fast-paced clinical environment

You think ahead, not just react

You communicate clearly with both patients and care teams

You take ownership of patient outcomes

Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program

Active Oregon Respiratory Therapist license (required)

Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential (required)

Recent clinical experience in acute care or hospital setting

Who This Is For
Oregon-licensed RRTs looking for a 13-week contract with strong pay and real time off

Travelers who prefer structured schedules over rotating chaos

Clinicians between assignments who want something stable and predictable
