Full-Time, Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Flex Shift)

About the Role
We are seeking an
Athletic Trainer, Physical Therapist Assistant or an Occupational Therapist Assistant
to provide on-site occupational health services in an industrial setting. This role focuses on
injury prevention, ergonomics, job coaching, and post-injury support
using established clinical and safety protocols
This is a hands-on role ideal for licensed clinicians who enjoy working directly with employees outside of a traditional clinic setting.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver on-site injury prevention and occupational health services
Conduct Post-Offer Employment Testing (POETs) and Physical Ability Tests (PATs)
Perform ergonomic assessments and physical demand analyses
Provide job coaching, stretching, posture, and safe work technique education
Support return-to-work and transitional duty programs
Document services and track outcomes accurately
Collaborate with supervisors, safety teams, and management
Qualifications
Experience in an outpatient clinical setting.
Valid professional licensure in the state you are applying (required).
Valid BLS and CPR certifications (required).
Proficiency in outpatient clinical skills, first responder skills, and musculoskeletal education.
Familiarity with workplace safety, health regulations, and OSHA guidelines is a plus.
Preferred
Experience in occupational health, workers’ compensation, industrial health, or outpatient care
Physical Requirements
Frequent standing, walking, bending, and repetitive movement
Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
Active movement throughout industrial work areas
