Requirements

High School Diploma or GED (preferred)

Prior experience as a caregiver, DSP, or related field preferred (but not required — we provide training)

Proof of U.S. work authorization (valid, unexpired documents: government-issued ID)

Reliable transportation (required)

Valid Driver's License (required)

Proof of Auto Insurance (required)

Responsibilities

Provide direct support to individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities

Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, medication reminders)

Support daily living activities (meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, budgeting)

Encourage independence and skill development in the home and community

Provide safe transportation to appointments, errands, and community activities

Maintain a safe, supportive environment and document care provided

Offer companionship, advocacy, and respect for client privacy
