Physical Therapist - Full Time - Southfield
Department: Physical Therapy - In-patient Rehab with flexibility to cover Acute Care if needed
$5000 Sign on bonus, based on eligibility
Evaluates and conducts medically prescribed physical therapy treatment programs.
Responsibilities
Performs initial and on-going assessments of patient's condition.
Establishes, revises and evaluates a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient/family.
Performs therapy interventions utilizing standard physical therapy techniques and skills as appropriate for the condition of the patient.
Oversees activities of physical therapy assistants, students and other support personnel.
Education/Experience Required
Physical Therapist bachelor degreewith5 years of experienceORMaster’s/Doctorate degree acquired from a Commission on Accreditation of Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE) accredited program
Certifications/Licenses Required
Current State of Michigan licensure. Will consider those who will be licensed within 30 days of applying.
Current CPR certification (or obtain within 90 days of hire)
