We are looking to hire a
Color Systems Intern
for Summer 2026 who will support the Textile Color Manager and Process Solutions Manager in maintaining Dreamwear’s internal database (FileMaker) and physical color library. This role will include both Design Archive and Color Library responsibilities.
Our ideal candidate is highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage and support the following key responsibilities:
Processing new colors into the database and library
Communicating with Design and PD to replenish colors in the library.
Adapting the library to grow in our space and resources.
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the color library in accordance with Dreamwear’s archival practices.
Assist in the creation of various color design tools for teams to assist with overall team efficiency.
Update Color Library Binder Pages, Catalogs, and Color Tools.
Reorganize binder storage as needed.
Assist with picking up and organizing color orders.
Ensure materials are properly logged and delivered to the correct location/team.
Assist in maintaining overall archive maintenance and accessibility: Sorting Colors, Creating Color Chips, reorganization, etc
Requirement/Qualifications
Ability to prioritize and manage deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Motivated self-starter with a desire to learn.
Ideal candidate is passionate about design and archives, with a great eye for color.
