Responsibilities
Provide direct PT therapy services as part of a multidisciplinary team with Occupational Therapists and Speech and Language Pathologists.
Screen, evaluate, plan, and deliver habilitative/rehabilitative treatment to infants, children, adolescents, and adults with physical, sensory, or cognitive problems.
Utilize evidence‑based practice for clinical care activities.
Understand, document, and react to age‑specific needs unique to assigned patients.
Assist patients in achieving independent and functional activities of daily living.
Collaborate with the team to develop and implement treatment plans.
