Epic Cadence Certified and Provider Scheduling Template build experience required; healthcare experience strongly preferred.
Job Summary
Serve as a senior-level analyst responsible for designing, building, and optimizing provider scheduling solutions within Epic. This role is highly hands‑on, requiring deep expertise in Cadence, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate operational needs into effective system configurations.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and optimize provider scheduling templates using Epic Cadence best practices.
Analyze data and workflows to identify and implement scheduling and capacity improvements.
Lead system enhancements end-to‑end, including requirements, build, testing, and deployment.
Partner with clinical and operational stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions.
Develop and execute test scripts to ensure accuracy and system integrity.
Troubleshoot complex system issues and coordinate resolution with IT and vendors.
Provide training and ongoing support to end users and super‑users.
Mentor junior team members and promote standardization and best practices.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information System Management, Math/Science or related field.
Licensure/Certification Requirements
Epic Cadence certification (required)
Additional Epic certifications a plus
Professional Experience Requirements
Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience working with information systems. Ten (10) years preferred experience.
Knowledge/Skills/and Abilities Requirements
Expertise with Epic Cadence visit type and template build (required)
