Our Pizza Shops offer quality made to order artisan pizza's. We are looking for fast efficient Pizza Shop team members who can prepare Pizza according to customer orders, along with preparing grab & go pizzas. Pizza shop Team members greet customers, accurately take their orders, explaining menu items and answering their questions. Ultimately, an outstanding Pizza Shop team member should display exceptional customer service skills and warmly interact with customers while completing orders to create an overall pleasant experience.
Pizza Shop Team Member Responsibilities:
Preparing all Pizza ingredients, which includes washing, cutting, slicing, chopping, and grating ingredients according to established guidelines.
Skillfully preparing Pizzas according to established recipes.
Explaining menu options to customers as required.
Maintaining a clean and orderly work station at all times.
Following cleaning & sanitization procedures.
Interact and take orders from customers
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Experience in fast-food restaurant, pizza parlor, or similar environment is preferred but willing to train the right people.
Have and demonstrate an outgoing and friendly personality along with a positive attitude and the ability to interact with our customers, taking special orders in-person and over the phone
Operate a slicer, wrapping and cooking equipment; assisting in maintaining all equipment in safe working condition
The ability to work a flexible schedule that changes as the business changes; including nights, weekends and holidays.
Strong work ethic.
Excellent communication skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
