As a Security Officer – Supervisor, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

Schedule: Full‑time: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM, Monday – Friday (40 hours)

Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Guard
Supervise daily security operations at the truck gate to ensure safe and efficient vehicle access
Oversee, train, and schedule truck gate security officers
Ensure compliance with site security procedures, company policies, and client requirements
Control access for incoming and outgoing trucks, contractors, and visitors
Monitor gate activity to prevent unauthorized access, theft, or safety violations
Conduct regular patrols of the truck gate and surrounding areas
Respond promptly to security incidents, alarms, and emergencies at the gate
Maintain accurate logs, reports, and incident documentation
Conduct shift briefings and relay post orders, policy updates, and site instructions
Assist management with audits, investigations, and performance evaluations
Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
2‑3 years of security supervisor experience required
Pass an extensive screening process
Exceptional customer service skills
Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
Experience in Security, Military, Law Enforcement considered a plus
State license if required
