DT-17757**Inside the Role**The Executive Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support to executives by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling confidential information, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. USD**Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience.Benefits include annual bonus program; 401k company contribution with company match up to 6% as well as non-elective company contribution of 3 - 7% depending on age; starting at 4 weeks paid vacation; 13+ calendar holidays; 8 weeks paid parental leave; employee assistance program; comprehensive healthcare plans and wellness programs; onsite fitness (at some locations); tuition assistance and volunteer paid time off; short-term and long-term disability plans.**What You Drive at DTNA*** Provide administrative support to executive management and other teams across the organization* Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements* Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, and meeting materials* Coordinate meetings, including logistics, agendas, and recording minutes* Arrange business travel, including itineraries and accommodations* Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders* Maintain organized files, records, calendars, and documentation systems* Track expenses, prepare expense reports, and assist with budget monitoring* Process invoices, submit check requests, and set up new vendors/suppliers* Order and manage office supplies* Support special projects and initiatives assigned* Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion**Knowledge You Should Bring*** Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* High level of organization and attention to detail* Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively* Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment* Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality**Exceptional Candidates Might Have*** Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field* Experience supporting executives* Familiarity with project management tools or CRM systems#LI-TN1 #LI-Onsite**Where We Work**This position is open to applicants who can work in (or relocate to) the following location(s)-Gaffney, SC US.
