Behavioral Health Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
Location : El Centro, CA
Schedule : Full-Time | 12-Hour Day or Night Shifts | Rotating 4-on/3-off, 3-on/4-off

Your Role
Serve as the primary behavioral health expert within the facility.
Conduct proactive well-being rounds and risk assessments.
Provide real-time crisis intervention and de-escalation.
Deliver trauma-informed guidance to support emotional regulation.
Collaborate closely with CBP, HHS ORR, NGOs, and medical staff.
Requirements
Master’s or Doctoral degree in a behavioral health field.
Active, unrestricted license (LCSW/LICSW, LMFT, LPC, LP).
Minimum 2 years post-licensure experience (child/trauma preferred).
Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred.
Ability to thrive in high-stakes, dynamic settings.
