We are looking for a

Patient Engagement Specialist

who can deliver fast, accurate, and empathetic communication through digital channels—primarily

Curogram .

This is not basic texting.
This is

real-time patient experience management at scale.

The Role
You will serve as the primary point of contact for patients via text-based communication—supporting both new and existing patients across their care journey.

You ensure every message is:

Timely

Clear

HIPAA-compliant

Actionable

Key Responsibilities
Digital Patient Communication

Manage high-volume patient conversations via

Curogram

Respond to inquiries related to scheduling, services, and care coordination

Guide patients through next steps with clarity and efficiency

Patient Experience

Deliver a seamless, responsive, and professional experience

Maintain tone, accuracy, and empathy across all written communication

Identify urgency and escalate when appropriate

Systems & Accuracy

Document all interactions in EHR and CRM systems

Maintain real-time accuracy across patient records

Ensure strict HIPAA compliance at all times

Operational Coordination

Collaborate with Patient Access, Clinical, and Operations teams

Support intake workflows and appointment confirmations

Help reduce friction in the patient journey

What Success Looks Like

Fast response times across all conversations

High patient satisfaction and engagement

Clean, accurate documentation

Reduced drop-off in patient communication flow

What We’re Looking For

Experience in healthcare customer service or patient communication

Strong typing skills and written communication

Tech-savvy; experience with CRM/EHR systems ( Curogram preferred )

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

High attention to detail and compliance awareness
