Summary
DXA seeks a skilled marketing coordinator to manage proposal submissions, identify opportunities, and craft high-quality materials on schedule and with limited oversight. This role supports both DXA and Liv-Connected, our modular design business.
Job Scope and Major Responsibilities
Marketing & Content Development
Draft and produce marketing content, including website posts, social media, newsletters, press releases, awards submissions, and conference proposals
Maintain editorial calendars and publish approved content across platforms (website, social media, email)
Develop brochures, presentations, and other marketing collateral
Proposals & Business Development
Assist in the preparation of RFQs/RFPs, proposals, and client presentations
Conduct market and prospect research to support new business opportunities, proactively present new opportunities to leadership
Collaborate with leadership to develop content and materials aligned with pursuit strategies
Brand & Digital Presence
Maintain and update digital and printed marketing materials
Support website updates; create and manage content for regular posting on social media (LinkedIn, Instagram)
Track and support awards, conferences, and other public-facing opportunities
Project Promotion & Media Coordination
Coordinate project photography, videography, and asset collection
Maintain up-to-date digital asset libraries and marketing databases
Manage external vendors to schedules and ensure timely deliverables (photographers, printers, etc.)
Operations & Systems
Maintain marketing information systems, contact lists, and CRM tools
Assist in establishing and maintaining organized records and file systems
Monitor industry publications, trends, and promotional opportunities
Participate in marketing meetings and prepare reports as needed
Events & Studio Initiatives
Support internal and external events, including coordination and logistics
Contribute to studio-wide initiatives and special projects as requested
Skills & Qualifications
Must reside in the New York City area
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Marketing, or Communications
2 years + of marketing experience, preferably within architecture, design, or the AEC industry
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign required)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with WordPress and Google Workspace
Working knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram)
Experience with CRM systems and digital asset management tools is a plus
