Radical Surfaces manufactures ITALIC — a collection of engineered quartz surfaces made in the United States using Italian 4th gen technology. After a $40M investment in our Garland facility, we’re building a B2B brand from the ground up, and our factory is the story: the machines, the process, the material, the people.

We need someone who can shoot inside an industrial environment, capture the visual drama of a working production facility, and turn that footage into social content that makes distributors, fabricators, builders and designers stop scrolling. The production line is genuinely extraordinary footage — the right person will see that the moment they walk in.

This is an ongoing freelance engagement — not a one-time shoot. We produce content on a regular cadence and need a reliable creative partner in the DFW area who can grow with us.
