About BAYADA Hospice
BAYADA Hospice is looking for compassionate and dedicated Per Diem Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team in the Hospice office, located in Tucson. This office serves hospice clients on a per-visit basis in the Pima County area. Prior home care and/or hospice experience strongly preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities
Making home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, procedures, and comfort care.
Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager.
Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders.
Perform client assessments as necessary.
Occasional on-call after hours and/or weekends.
Qualifications
A current license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in AZ.
A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
Prior home care and/or hospice experience strongly preferred, but not required.
Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
