Overview
The Laborer position is responsible for, but not limited to performing physical labor tasks.
This onsite position is based in Clinton, IN.
Responsibilities
Unloads and carries materials.
Cleans up on grounds including break areas, restrooms, trash, sweeping and mopping.
Grass mowing, weed eating, blowing, laying sod, planting, spraying weed killer, trimming, etc.
Performs various other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Demonstrates ability and willingness to learn.
Must be self‑motivated and work steady and productively.
Adheres to all Company, client, and project policies, procedures, standards, including but not limited to the safety manual and the employee handbook.
Must be able to maintain acceptable attendance standards per employee handbook.
Ability to use email, smart phone, tablet or computer to manage company information and documents.
Educational and Experience Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Experience on a construction jobsite a plus.
Benefits
Compensation $18/hour.
