RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Manager Clinic Administrator with Primary Care Solutions, you will enjoy the privilege of providing healthcare of the highest quality to America’s Veterans as part of a Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) and will have an active role in developing and implementing a patient care plan.
Office hours are Mon - Fri 8:00am to 4:30pm.
No evenings, holidays, on-call, or weekends!
This is a Full‑Time position onsite.
Manage day to day clinic operations, ensuring clinical quality expectations are met.
Compliance oversight, including Office of Inspector General, Joint Commission, Environment of Care, lab compliance, and other related items.
Manage the clinic’s financial performance, review and manage clinic expenses.
Take an active role in enrollment growth and retention.
Establish and maintain a warm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere for our colleagues and veterans, ensuring needs and expectations are consistently met.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Strong medical office management experience
Scheduling staff
Reporting
Performance management
Computer skills of course
Patient experience advocate (will be the patient advocate for the clinic)
Desire to do Community engagement
Conflict resolution
