The
Senior Licensed Clinical Social Worker
treats patients by utilizing a variety of modalities as a member of the multidisciplinary clinical treatment team. Provides clinical supervision to team members including those working towards advanced licensure.
This position is for a Pediatric Specialty Social Worker (LCSW) working 24 hours/week in an ambulatory setting.
Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8:30 AM - 5 PM.
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Master's degree in Social Work (MSW).
Minimum of 5 years in post advanced license experience.
Proficiency with policy review and program planning.
Ability to work as part of a team, while building collaborative relationships.
Must possess excellent follow through and attention to detail.
Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient computer skills that may include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms.
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:
Provides leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to team members.
Licenses and Certifications Required:
NJ Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
Clinical Social Worker Supervision Certification.
