Community & Social Media Marketing Manager
Do you love being out in the community, creating content, and connecting with people? Mitchell Automotive is looking for a high‑energy, outgoing team member to represent our brand both in the community and online.
This is a hands‑on, in‑person role—not just a desk job.
What You’ll DO
Represent Mitchell Automotive at local events, schools, churches, and community partnerships
Build relationships and strengthen our community presence
Capture and create content (Reels, TikTok, etc.) at events and in‑store
Send a weekly Monday email sharing upcoming events and opportunities for staff involvement
Work closely with dealership teams to coordinate participation and promote initiative
Monday–Friday: 8AM–5PM (in‑store and in the community). Regular evenings and Saturdays required for events and sponsorships.
What We’re Looking For
Outgoing, positive, and comfortable engaging with people daily
Organized with strong communication skills
Experience with social media and short‑form video (Reels/TikTok)
Self‑starter who can manage multiple locations and priorities
