House Supervisor , you will provide after‑hours leadership, serve as a clinical resource for staff, assist with patient care as needed, and support the overall quality of care across the facility. This role reports to the Senior/Chief Nursing Officer or Administrator on Call.

As House Supervisor, you are the after‑hours nursing leader for the facility, helping coordinate patient flow, staffing resources, and clinical support across departments. You’ll collaborate with providers and leaders on call, respond to escalations, and help ensure a safe, high‑quality patient experience for all ages. How you’ll contribute
Provides after‑hours leadership and operational oversight to support safe, effective patient care throughout the facility.
Serves as a resource for clinical staff, assisting with problem‑solving, prioritization, and escalation as needed.
Assists with patient care when indicated and helps coordinate timely interventions based on patient needs.
Promotes quality, patient safety, and service standards; supports investigation and follow‑up of after‑hours issues and events per policy.
Supports patient throughput and staffing coordination by partnering with department leaders and the Administrator on Call.
What we’re looking for
Current RN license in the state of practice (or compact state, as applicable).
Basic Life Support (BLS/BCLS) required.
ACLS required.
PALS preferred.
Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
Prior acute care RN experience and demonstrated leadership/charge experience required.
