Description
You will be the Engineering Aide for our Circuit Card Assembly (CCA) area with Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control in Archbald, PA. Our team is responsible for maintaining and improving the automated equipment that builds circuit cards at the Archbald, PA facility.

What You Will Be Doing
As the Engineering Aide, you will be responsible for providing floor‑level support to automated equipment, updating programs, and driving continuous‑improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities

Modify/Update programs for automated equipment.

Provide floor support of equipment.

Perform machine calibrations.

Generate maintenance plans for equipment.

Interface with equipment manufacturers to resolve problems.

Perform continuous improvement and defect reduction activities.

Generate tooling requests and requisitions.

Perform transactions in Apriso/SAP.

Perform other tasks under the direction of Manufacturing Engineers.

Basic Qualifications

1 year of related experience.

High School Diploma.

Knowledge or experience in operating Circuit Card Assembly equipment such as Surface Mount Technology (SMT) placement machines, Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) machines, automated conformal coating machines, and automated rework equipment.

Desired Skills

Ability to interpret engineering drawings.

Ability to work effectively with team members.

Knowledge in Windchill, APRISO, and SAP.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt trained or certified.

Security Clearance
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN. This position requires a Secret clearance and a government security clearance. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.

Work Schedules
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility. The schedule for this position is 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week.
