Freelance Women’s CAD Designer
to join their team on a high-priority project. This is a great opportunity to step into a fast-paced environment and support a growing design team.
Position Details

Women’s CAD Designer (Freelance)
Location:
Stamford, CT (mostly remote with occasional onsite days)
Duration:
3 months
Schedule:
40 hours/week
Reporting to:
Design Leadership
Position Overview
This role will focus on translating hand sketches into CADs, building out tech packs, and creating color CADs across active and lifestyle categories. The team is looking for someone who is fast, detail-oriented, and able to plug into a high-touch project with minimal ramp‑up time.
Key Responsibilities
Translate hand sketches into detailed CADs
Create technical flats and color CADs
Build and update tech packs for development
Support product development workflows within PLM/PDM systems
Partner closely with design leadership to execute on project needs
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Adobe Illustrator (required)
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
Experience working in PLM or PDM systems
Strong technical flat sketching and color matching skills
Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast‑paced environment
Must be local to NYC or Connecticut
