Residential Journeyman Electrician

Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Demonstrate strong communication skills, actively listening to customers' needs and concerns, clearly explain electrical issues and proposed solutions, provide accurate estimates and transparent pricing, offer expert advice on energy‑efficient solutions, safety measures, and potential home upgrades.
Technical Proficiency: Conduct a wide range of electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance in residential settings; troubleshoot electrical issues and develop effective solutions; ensure all work complies with local codes, city ordinances, and safety regulations; stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies.
Quality Workmanship: Maintain a commitment to excellence in every task; conduct thorough inspections and testing to ensure the highest quality of work; use precision and attention to detail in all installations and repairs; leave workspaces clean and organized after completing jobs.
Problem‑Solving Skills: Analyze complex electrical problems and devise efficient solutions; adapt to unexpected challenges and troubleshoot effectively; prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and respond promptly to emergency calls.
Professionalism: Maintain a neat and professional appearance; arrive on time for training, appointments, and efficiently complete tasks; handle confidential customer information with discretion and integrity; conduct oneself with courtesy, respect, and patience at all times.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues, providing assistance and sharing knowledge; contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (electrical certification or apprenticeship preferred).
Texas Residential Journeyman License.
Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems and components.
Excellent problem‑solving abilities.

Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
Commitment to safety and adherence to safety regulations.
Willingness to continue education and training in the electrical field.
Service Titan Experience.
Residential Service Experience.
Schedule
Availability to work Monday‑Friday anywhere between 7:00 AM‑3:30 PM (or until daily tasks are complete).
Salary
Competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $160,000 based on experience and knowledge.
Sign‑on bonus for licensed wireman: $500 after 30 days, $500 after 3 months, and $1,000 after 6 months of employment.
