Salary: $260,000 - $365,000 per year.

We're partnered with an AmLaw firm on a search for an experienced attorney to join their Life Sciences & Healthcare Regulatory practice group in New York. This position is an opportunity to play a critical role in providing comprehensive support in all areas of life sciences product and healthcare provider/supplier regulation. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of experience in a life sciences/healthcare regulatory practice and preferably have a track record of representing hospitals and health systems, healthcare providers and suppliers.
Responsibilities:
Advise suppliers, biotechnology, and pharmaceutical companies on FDA regulatory compliance matters
Counsel health systems and healthcare providers on reimbursement issues, fraud and abuse laws, and healthcare regulatory compliance programs
Provide strategic guidance to emerging life sciences companies on product development strategies, clinical trial design, and regulatory approval timelines
Draft legal memoranda, client advisories, and regulatory correspondence addressing complex regulatory issues
Monitor and analyze healthcare legislation, regulatory developments, and enforcement trends affecting life sciences and healthcare clients
