Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices, a leader in the tire and automotive repair service field, is pleased to join the Plano, TX area with the Grand Opening of a new Mavis Tire location. We have multiple openings for experienced automotive sales personnel.
About the Position of Assistant Manager
As a future leader, the Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure each Mavis retail location operates efficiently, safely and effectively. Assistant Managers enforce policies, procedures and standards, schedule mechanics/technicians’ work, manage outside orders, ensure quality and timely completion of jobs, meet customer expectations, and safeguard team members.
About the Position of Service Manager
The Service Manager assists customers with tire selections and recommends necessary under‑car repair services. They direct the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians and Tire Technicians, stage vehicle repair/maintenance work, and drive sales initiatives. They communicate with customers, assess their needs, provide repair information, and strive to meet customer expectations.

Qualifications
Requirements: 18+ years of age, legally authorized to work in the United States, and at least 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, automotive repairs/maintenance, or a combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties.
